The interface is the best in the category and that matters more than people admit, because staff actually use it. VAT at 15% flows through invoicing, bills and reports without special handling. The app marketplace connected our store, our payment gateway and our CRM without a consultant.

Good software with a support experience that depends on who answers. The feed needs reauthenticating every few months, always discovered at a bad time. There is no local payroll, so we pair it with a SA payroll product and post journals across.
