Our accountant in Richards Bay recommended it, good call

Multiple currencies on a free product still surprises me every time I invoice in euros. Underneath the plain screens is a proper double entry ledger that satisfies accountants. Document storage keeps every invoice PDF attached to its transaction. It just works, year after year, for nothing.

Free until your books get complicated

Forum support met its limits exactly when we did. No phone number to call when the return deadline loomed. A VAT edge case took two weeks of forum threads to resolve.

Doing the job for us in Potchefstroom

The free tier is not a demo, it is the whole product for smaller books. The community forum has an answer for nearly everything, usually from the developers themselves. For UK books on a budget nothing else comes close.

Happy customer in Mossel Bay

For straightforward UK books the product is complete, ledger to VAT. The API let us automate our monthly recurring billing completely. Reports cover the accounts an accountant needs at year end. The value is so good it feels like a loophole.

The client portal with our branding makes a two person firm look like a proper operation. It never nags, never upsells mid task, never surprises the debit order. Recommended for every simple UK entity we handle.
