For the price of a lunch per month our people admin is simply handled. Approvals route to the right manager without anyone maintaining a diagram. Small companies deserve HR software this straightforward.

Our accountant in Vanderbijlpark recommended it, good call

Managers approve leave from their phones and the office manager got her Fridays back. Exporting for the accountant or a labour consultant takes one click.

Mostly happy in Ballito, a few gripes

After 2 years it fits, with configured workarounds. Pound billing shifts with the exchange rate quarter to quarter. Leave balances calculate themselves and staff check the app instead of asking.

We spent our first month undoing British defaults. A disciplinary process needs documentation this system cannot properly hold.

The filing cabinet is finally empty

Leave lived in a shared spreadsheet nobody trusted, now nobody argues. Performance check ins are light but they happen, which beats heavy and skipped. Simple, predictable and quietly essential now.

A good honest product with a British accent you will need to manage. Reporting is lists and exports rather than insight. Approvals route to the right manager without anyone maintaining a diagram.

Our Springs office gave up on it

It suited us at fifteen people and constrained us at fifty. The band jump doubled our bill for the sake of two hires. A disciplinary process needs documentation this system cannot properly hold.

Frustrating experience for our 4 person team

Once our policies got serious the product stayed simple. Statutory SA leave categories had to be faked with custom types.
