A quiet workhorse for 5 years now

For the price of a lunch per month our people admin is simply handled. The org chart stays current because the records underneath it do. New managers learn it in an afternoon because there is nothing to learn.

The honest choice for small company HR

A good honest product with a British accent you will need to manage. The tier boundaries mean one hire can bump the whole monthly price. Approvals route to the right manager without anyone maintaining a diagram.

The calendar view runs our resourcing

For the price we forgive the gaps, mostly. Reporting is lists and exports rather than insight. The flat tier absorbed our seasonal staff without a billing surprise.

Good decision for a 22 person company

The banded pricing meant our costs stayed flat through a year of hiring. Leave balances calculate themselves and staff check the app instead of asking. The flat bill alone makes it worth a look for any SME.

Disappointed after 5 years

Once our policies got serious the product stayed simple. Statutory SA leave categories had to be faked with custom types. A disciplinary process needs documentation this system cannot properly hold.
