Disappointed after 2 years

Marketing tried it for a quarter and staged a walkout. We moved the non dev teams out and peace returned.

Deep and dependable, rarely delightful. Non technical teams find the vocabulary alien for months. Permissions handle clients, contractors and staff on one board.

Decent fit for a 260 person company

Great for engineering, a translation project for everyone else. The admin interface hides settings in archaeological layers. The mobile app handles approvals and comments adequately.

Happy customer in Benoni

Integration with our repos means commits close tickets automatically. The workflow engine models any process a delivery manager can whiteboard. The ticket trail has saved us in three client disputes.
