Frustrating experience for our 15 person team

Our configuration grew until it managed us. We moved the non dev teams out and peace returned. Simple task tracking needed a training course.

After 2 years we run well on it and prune it quarterly. Marketplace apps solve gaps at per user prices that stack.

Custom workflows model our compliance steps exactly, sign offs and all. The mobile app handles approvals and comments adequately. Still the answer, whatever the newcomers claim.

Our 18 person dev shop plans, builds and releases through it and clients trust the trail. The workflow engine models any process a delivery manager can whiteboard. It scales from startup board to enterprise programme.
