A genuinely capable tier that makes you pay for every bit of that capability. Reports are superb, dashboards less so. Everything from Plus carries over, so stock and projects kept working through the upgrade.

We use maybe half of it well, and that half is excellent. The seat count is generous but we use eleven of the twenty five and pay for all of them. Custom roles took an afternoon to design and have prevented every permissions argument since.

The strengths are real and so is the invoice every month. Support at this tier is better, but complex questions still bounce between agents. The backup and restore alone justifies the tier if your data matters to you.
