Doing the job for us in Mbombela

The class tracking lets us report our consulting and training divisions separately from one set of books. Our year end stock take matched the system within a rounding error, first time ever. The Customer AI surfaces leads that went quiet, and two of them became orders last quarter.

Decent fit for a 14 person company

Good software with a big appetite for configuration. Custom fields are limited to four, which our workshop filled immediately. VAT stays right through all of it, stock purchases, project invoicing, everything at 15%.

Mostly happy in Upington, a few gripes

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. The price is fair but the annual increases arrive reliably. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment.

Excellent for projects, adequate for stock

It does projects brilliantly and inventory adequately. The feed hiccupped twice this year and stock purchases had to be matched by hand.

Exactly what our 110 person business needed

As a small importer in Upington, the inventory tracking does exactly what our size of operation needs. The jump in capability over Essentials is far bigger than the jump in price. Five stars, and I do not hand those out easily.

The plan our Richards Bay agency should have started on

It does projects brilliantly and inventory adequately. Setup with opening stock balances took a full weekend and one consultation. Budgets against actuals per class made our monthly management meeting actually useful.

As a small importer in Vanderbijlpark, the inventory tracking does exactly what our size of operation needs. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. Value for money is the best in the whole lineup.

Solid choice for our Umhlanga business

Five user seats meant the whole admin team finally works in one system. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. The favourite plan for a reason. Recommended without reservation.

Good but not perfect for our Umhlanga team

Excellent plan overall with a couple of honest limitations. Some inventory workflows clearly assume US sales tax rather than VAT and need care. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time.

Doing okay for our 35 person setup

Happy after 2 years, with a wishlist that never shrinks. Inventory has no serial numbers, no batches and no multiple warehouses, know that going in. Class and location tracking up to forty covers our branches with room to spare.

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. The project reports are good but you cannot customise them much at this tier. The jump in capability over Essentials is far bigger than the jump in price.
