A quiet workhorse for 10 years now

Cost of sales calculates itself as we sell, which ended our monthly margin guessing ritual. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else.

Decent fit for a 80 person company

The features are all here, some are deeper than others. Class tracking capped at forty sounds fine until you get creative with divisions.

Working well for our 30 person team

Stock alerts warned us before the December rush emptied the shelves, that alone was worth the year's subscription. Our Standard Bank feed feeds all of it, and reconciling takes minutes.

Doing the job for us in Knysna

We build kitchen cabinets and for the first time I know the margin per job while the job is still open. Project reports show labour, materials and overheads against each job while it runs. Inventory quantities stay honest because every sale and purchase moves the count automatically.

Good decision for a 6 person company

As a small importer in Randburg, the inventory tracking does exactly what our size of operation needs. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else. The favourite plan for a reason. Recommended without reservation.

Solid choice for our Worcester business

Moved our retail shop onto it in July and the stockholding number finally means something. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else.

Decent fit for a 75 person company

Good software with a big appetite for configuration. The project reports are good but you cannot customise them much at this tier.

Good but not perfect for our Randburg team

Happy after 2 years, with a wishlist that never shrinks. The feed hiccupped twice this year and stock purchases had to be matched by hand. Some inventory workflows clearly assume US sales tax rather than VAT and need care.

Not built for real warehouse operations

Stock accuracy problems ate the time the software was meant to save. Our counts drifted every month and tracing the cause took a consultant.

Five of us in the books, zero chaos

We run a 22 person agency and project profitability is the reason we can price with confidence. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. Class and location tracking up to forty covers our branches with room to spare. Our margins have never been this visible.

Best value tier in the lineup by far

Our two branches each run as a location and the owner sees them side by side. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time. Five stars, and I do not hand those out easily.

Excellent plan overall with a couple of honest limitations. Inventory has no serial numbers, no batches and no multiple warehouses, know that going in.

Working well for our 35 person team

As a small importer in Kimberley, the inventory tracking does exactly what our size of operation needs. Reporting at this tier is genuinely strong, profit by project, by class, by location, by month. For an agency or contractor it is close to perfect.
