Healthcare · 1–10 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Finally know which jobs make money

We run a 6 person agency and project profitability is the reason we can price with confidence. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment. Value for money is the best in the whole lineup.

Pros

Customer AI resurfaces quiet leads

Cons

Feed hiccups mean manual stock matching

The plan our Paarl agency should have started on

Stock alerts warned us before the December rush emptied the shelves, that alone was worth the year's subscription. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time.

Pros

Budgets against actuals per division

Cons

No serial numbers, batches or multi warehouse

Happy customer in Paarl

The class tracking lets us report our consulting and training divisions separately from one set of books. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time. VAT stays right through all of it, stock purchases, project invoicing, everything at 15%. Five stars, and I do not hand those out easily.

South Africa Used for Less than 6 months

Good but not perfect for our Gqeberha team

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. Custom fields are limited to four, which our workshop filled immediately. The project reports are good but you cannot customise them much at this tier.

Cons

Annual price increases are dependable

Retail · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Not what we hoped for our Cape Town business

For what we pay now the gaps are harder to accept. No serial number tracking meant warranty claims stayed a paper exercise. We asked support about negative stock and got three contradictory answers.

Cons

Inventory support knowledge is shallow

Serving our Bloemfontein operation well

Our two branches each run as a location and the owner sees them side by side. The Customer AI surfaces leads that went quiet, and two of them became orders last quarter. The step up from Essentials is the best software money we spent this year.

Pros

Handles agency, workshop and retail patterns

Media & Marketing South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Mostly happy in Cape Town, a few gripes

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. The price is fair but the annual increases arrive reliably.

Pros

Project profitability visible while jobs run; budgets against actuals per division

Cons

Opening stock setup takes real effort

2 years in and still happy

Five user seats meant the whole admin team finally works in one system. Budgets against actuals per class made our monthly management meeting actually useful.

Pros

Class and location tracking for branches; strong reporting at this tier

Good but serious warehousing needs more

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. Setup with opening stock balances took a full weekend and one consultation. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else.

Pros

Big capability jump for a modest price step

Cons

Feed hiccups mean manual stock matching

Working well for our 4 person team

We quote projects, track costs against them and invoice from the same screen. Class and location tracking up to forty covers our branches with room to spare.

Cons

Class tracking capped at forty

Disappointed after 2 years

For what we pay now the gaps are harder to accept. We asked support about negative stock and got three contradictory answers. The forty class limit forced us to flatten our reporting structure.

Cons

Setup effort far beyond the marketing. Stock counts drifted without explanation

our workshop runs entirely on this now

The upgrade from Essentials paid for itself the first month when a job we thought was profitable turned out not to be. Our year end stock take matched the system within a rounding error, first time ever.

Customer AI resurfaces quiet leads

Retail · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 2+ years

A quiet workhorse for 2 years now

Purchase orders to our suppliers now come out of the system instead of WhatsApp messages. Class and location tracking up to forty covers our branches with room to spare. Reporting at this tier is genuinely strong, profit by project, by class, by location, by month.

Pros

Low stock alerts that fire in time

Cons

Some stock workflows assume US tax

Frustrating experience for our 22 person team

The inventory module wrote cheques the warehouse could not cash. The forty class limit forced us to flatten our reporting structure.

Cons

Setup effort far beyond the marketing. No serial tracking for warranty work

The plan our Gqeberha agency should have started on

It does projects brilliantly and inventory adequately. Inventory quantities stay honest because every sale and purchase moves the count automatically.

Good but not perfect for our Klerksdorp team

For our size it is right, though I can see where it ends. The project reports are good but you cannot customise them much at this tier. Custom fields are limited to four, which our workshop filled immediately.

Our accountant in Paarl recommended it, good call

Five user seats meant the whole admin team finally works in one system. Our FNB feed feeds all of it, and reconciling takes minutes. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else.

The plan our Somerset West agency should have started on

The features are all here, some are deeper than others. Custom fields are limited to four, which our workshop filled immediately. The jump in capability over Essentials is far bigger than the jump in price.
