Exactly what our 160 person business needed

I manage 40 active projects at any time and each one shows its own profit line. The Customer AI surfaces leads that went quiet, and two of them became orders last quarter. The favourite plan for a reason. Recommended without reservation.

Pros

Inventory with automatic cost of sales; handles agency, workshop and retail patterns

Cons

Class tracking capped at forty

No complaints after 8 years

Stock alerts warned us before the December rush emptied the shelves, that alone was worth the year's subscription. Inventory quantities stay honest because every sale and purchase moves the count automatically.

Pros

Five user seats with real permissions; class and location tracking for branches

Cons

Opening stock setup takes real effort

The plan our Mossel Bay agency should have started on

The class tracking lets us report our consulting and training divisions separately from one set of books. Budgets against actuals per class made our monthly management meeting actually useful.

Our accountant in Boksburg recommended it, good call

As a small importer in Durban, the inventory tracking does exactly what our size of operation needs. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else.

Pros

Low stock alerts that fire in time

Cons

Opening stock setup takes real effort

The plan our Midrand agency should have started on

The upgrade from Essentials paid for itself the first month when a job we thought was profitable turned out not to be. Our year end stock take matched the system within a rounding error, first time ever. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment.

Pros

Handles agency, workshop and retail patterns

Cons

Class tracking capped at forty

Serving our Springs operation well

We run a 28 person agency and project profitability is the reason we can price with confidence. Inventory quantities stay honest because every sale and purchase moves the count automatically. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. The favourite plan for a reason. Recommended without reservation.

Pros

Strong reporting at this tier; class and location tracking for branches

Cons

No serial numbers, batches or multi warehouse

Fine for now, watching the roadmap

Very capable software that asks for a proper setup effort first. Some inventory workflows clearly assume US sales tax rather than VAT and need care.

Pros

Purchase orders that convert to bills

Cons

Some stock workflows assume US tax

Projects, stock and sanity for R708

Purchase orders to our suppliers now come out of the system instead of WhatsApp messages. VAT stays right through all of it, stock purchases, project invoicing, everything at 15%.

Pros

Big capability jump for a modest price step

Cons

Opening stock setup takes real effort

The sweet spot plan, no question

It does projects brilliantly and inventory adequately. Setup with opening stock balances took a full weekend and one consultation. Our Capitec feed feeds all of it, and reconciling takes minutes.

Pros

Purchase orders that convert to bills; inventory with automatic cost of sales

Cons

Annual price increases are dependable

Our two branches each run as a location and the owner sees them side by side. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment. The favourite plan for a reason. Recommended without reservation.

Doing okay for our 6 person setup

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. Inventory has no serial numbers, no batches and no multiple warehouses, know that going in.

Pros

Low stock alerts that fire in time

Opening stock setup takes real effort

For our size it is right, though I can see where it ends. Setup with opening stock balances took a full weekend and one consultation.

The plan our Rustenburg agency should have started on

Excellent plan overall with a couple of honest limitations. The feed hiccupped twice this year and stock purchases had to be matched by hand.

Cons

Some stock workflows assume US tax

Good decision for a 20 person company

Purchase orders to our suppliers now come out of the system instead of WhatsApp messages. The five seats each carry their own permissions, so the sales guy sees sales and nothing else. Class and location tracking up to forty covers our branches with room to spare.
