Decent fit for a 15 person company

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. Inventory has no serial numbers, no batches and no multiple warehouses, know that going in. The jump in capability over Essentials is far bigger than the jump in price.

Good but not perfect for our Mossel Bay team

Good software with a big appetite for configuration. Setup with opening stock balances took a full weekend and one consultation.

Setup took far longer than advertised

We pushed it past its comfort zone and it pushed back. The forty class limit forced us to flatten our reporting structure.

4 years in and still happy

Our accountant pushed us up to Plus for the budgets and she was right. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment.

The features are all here, some are deeper than others. The project reports are good but you cannot customise them much at this tier.

Not what we hoped for our Kimberley business

We pushed it past its comfort zone and it pushed back. No serial number tracking meant warranty claims stayed a paper exercise. Our counts drifted every month and tracing the cause took a consultant.

Cost of sales calculates itself as we sell, which ended our monthly margin guessing ritual. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time.

Doing okay for our 9 person setup

Excellent plan overall with a couple of honest limitations. Class tracking capped at forty sounds fine until you get creative with divisions. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time.

Doing the job for us in Durban

We run a 45 person agency and project profitability is the reason we can price with confidence. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. If you sell products or run jobs, start at this tier and thank yourself later.

I manage 12 active projects at any time and each one shows its own profit line. Our Standard Bank feed feeds all of it, and reconciling takes minutes. Our Capitec feed feeds all of it, and reconciling takes minutes.
