Frustrating experience for our 8 person team

After the promo ended the value equation stopped working for me. Duplicated transactions from the feed took hours to untangle at VAT time.

The AI categorising saves me hours

It does the basics really well and stops abruptly after the basics. There is no bill management, so supplier invoices still live in my inbox. It reminds customers about overdue invoices for me, which spared me the awkward calls.

Happy customer in Springs

Signed up on the trial in August and paid for it before the trial even ended. For any one person business still on spreadsheets, just take the trial.

Doing okay for our 6 person setup

The core is lovely, the limits are firm. VAT setup needed my accountant's help, the defaults are not South African out of the box. The promo pricing is great until it ends, then the debit order doubles and you notice.

Good decision for a 4 person company

I invoice about 15 clients a month and the whole cycle runs itself. It reminds customers about overdue invoices for me, which spared me the awkward calls. Invoices look genuinely professional and clients can pay straight from the email.

Good but not perfect for our Ballito team

The core is lovely, the limits are firm. There is no bill management, so supplier invoices still live in my inbox. Everything lives in the cloud, so a stolen laptop is an inconvenience rather than a catastrophe.

Serving our Vereeniging operation well

I run a one person consulting business from Durban and this does exactly what I need and nothing I do not. It reminds customers about overdue invoices for me, which spared me the awkward calls. It nudged me to send a quote follow up that turned into my biggest job this year. For a sole trader I honestly cannot think of better value.

The bank feed problems turned my simple books into a weekly chore. Fixing the VAT configuration cost me a consultation with my accountant.

Solid choice for our East London business

For R322 a month I stopped stressing about my books entirely. Being able to raise an invoice on my phone in the client's parking lot is the feature I did not know I needed. It reminds customers about overdue invoices for me, which spared me the awkward calls.

Freelancing in Boksburg got a lot more organised

For a true one person show it is great, we stopped being one person. Capitec transactions arrive a day later than my other accounts for some reason. Receipt capture reads the slip and fills in the amount and supplier on its own.

Mixed feelings after 5 years

Good software wearing tight boundaries. The chart of accounts cap at 250 sounds like plenty until your accountant starts restructuring. Price increases have been modest and communicated well in advance.
