It gets a solid four from me, the missing pieces keep the fifth star. There is no bill management, so supplier invoices still live in my inbox. VAT at 15% is tracked on everything and the report matches what goes onto eFiling.

Very good for the price, as long as you accept what the entry plan is. The promo pricing is great until it ends, then the debit order doubles and you notice. Support chat sorted my bank connection question inside twenty minutes.

For a true one person show it is great, we stopped being one person. The promo pricing is great until it ends, then the debit order doubles and you notice. The reports are basic but they tell me the two things I care about: what I made and who still owes me.

I photograph the slip at the till and the expense is captured before I reach the car. My Standard Bank feed has been steady, transactions appear the next morning without fail. Being able to raise an invoice on my phone in the client's parking lot is the feature I did not know I needed.

The bank feed from Nedbank pulls everything in overnight and the AI guesses the category right most of the time. Quotes convert to invoices with one tap and clients pay against them directly. Price increases have been modest and communicated well in advance.
