For a true one person show it is great, we stopped being one person. Support is chat first and the first response is always an article I have already read. The reports are basic but they tell me the two things I care about: what I made and who still owes me.

I wanted simple books and got simple books with complicated problems. Duplicated transactions from the feed took hours to untangle at VAT time. Chat support kept escalating and nobody ever came back to me.

It does the basics really well and stops abruptly after the basics. Capitec transactions arrive a day later than my other accounts for some reason. Price increases have been modest and communicated well in advance.

For a true one person show it is great, we stopped being one person. The promo pricing is great until it ends, then the debit order doubles and you notice. Receipt capture reads the slip and fills in the amount and supplier on its own.

After the promo ended the value equation stopped working for me. Duplicated transactions from the feed took hours to untangle at VAT time. Cancelling required more clicks than signing up ever did.
