Serving our Boksburg operation well

The VAT figures reconcile to the cent against what we file with SARS. The accountant access is free and our accountant already knew the product well. Automatic invoice reminders recovered debtors we had mentally written off.

Good decision for a 8 person company

The 30 day trial was enough to convince a sceptical business partner. The mobile app is a proper working tool, not a brochure version of the desktop. Bank transactions from Absa arrive overnight and the matching suggestions are usually right. Take the trial and run your real month through it, that convinced us.

Decent fit for a 70 person company

Very capable, occasionally frustrating, never boring. Some terminology stays stubbornly American, sales tax where VAT should be.

Doing okay for our 6 person setup

The product deserves five stars, the SA experience takes one back. The price has climbed every year and the promo to full price jump surprises people. Bank transactions from FNB arrive overnight and the matching suggestions are usually right.

Excellent product, average localisation

After 4 years the strengths are obvious and so are the gaps. Reports are deep but the defaults need localising before the auditors see them. Support quality swings between excellent and script reading, you get what the queue gives you.

Receipt capture on the mobile app means our reps' expenses arrive categorised, not crumpled. Project and class tracking gave us margin visibility we never had on desktop.

Support failed us at the two moments that mattered most. Duplicate transactions from a feed reconnect polluted a whole VAT period.

Decent fit for a 9 person company

The core experience is superb, the periphery is patchy. The VAT configuration needed our accountant's help, the defaults are not South African. Reports are deep but the defaults need localising before the auditors see them.

Very capable, occasionally frustrating, never boring. There is no local payroll, so we pair it with a SA payroll product and post journals across. The custom reports run themselves on schedule and land in the right inboxes.
