A world class product that sometimes forgets which country it is in. The VAT configuration needed our accountant's help, the defaults are not South African. The price has climbed every year and the promo to full price jump surprises people.

The product deserves five stars, the SA experience takes one back. Support quality swings between excellent and script reading, you get what the queue gives you. Quotes, invoices and statements all carry our branding properly.
