Manufacturing · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 2+ years

A quiet workhorse for 2 years now

Shop floor capture killed the paper travellers and the arguments they caused. WIP tracking ended the month end guess about half finished stock. The proudly South African label is earned in the product.

Pros

Recall grade lot and serial traceability

Cons

Mobile experience is functional only

Mining · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

2 years in and still happy

We are 55 users from stores to finance and the system carries all of it. Quality holds stop suspect batches from shipping automatically. The training academy meant our new planner arrived already competent.

Cons

Mobile experience is functional only

Agriculture · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for Less than 6 months

Good but not perfect for our Benoni team

It rewards investment and punishes casual adoption. The mobile story is functional rather than modern. Quality holds stop suspect batches from shipping automatically.

Pros

Recall grade lot and serial traceability; sQL base open to Power BI

Cons

Manufacturing · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 2+ years

Great for the factory, average for the office

Strong where it matters, dated where it shows. Office side functions like CRM feel like guests in a factory system.

Cons

Customisations complicate upgrades

Wholesale · 201–500 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Doing okay for our 350 person setup

A deep manufacturing system that dresses for the factory, not the boardroom. Version upgrades are proper projects with partner hours attached. The scheduling board shows the floor what reality allows, not what sales dreamed.

Cons

Office side modules feel secondary

Working well for our 350 person team

MRP that understands an actual shop floor

Our plant outside Rustenburg runs planning, floor capture and dispatch on it daily. The scheduling board shows the floor what reality allows, not what sales dreamed. It speaks factory, which imported ERPs mostly do not.

Pros

Native SA VAT and statutory layer

Agriculture · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Working well for our 180 person team

Our implementation partner has done our industry three times before us. Import costing spreads duties and freight properly across landed stock. WIP tracking ended the month end guess about half finished stock. The proudly South African label is earned in the product.

Construction · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 2+ years

Good but not perfect for our Kimberley team

The capability is real and so is the learning curve. Customisations serve us well and complicate every upgrade. The scheduling board shows the floor what reality allows, not what sales dreamed.

Pros

Import costing for weak rand realities

Cons

Module licensing needs careful scoping
