Mostly happy in Upington, a few gripes

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. The dollar billing moves with the rand and some months you feel it. The mobile app pulls up a client's whole history in the parking lot before a meeting.

Good but not perfect for our Vanderbijlpark team

After 3 years it fits us, though we have stretched a seam or two. No quoting or invoicing, deals hand over to the accounting system manually. Contacts, notes, emails and deals sit on one screen per client.

Deals stopped dying of neglect

We are a 180 person consultancy and Capsule is the first CRM the whole team actually uses. Zapier connects it to everything else we run. Email templates keep our follow ups consistent without sounding canned. Five stars for knowing exactly what it wants to be.

Solid choice for our Randburg business

After the Salesforce quote made us laugh, Capsule made us productive. The mobile app pulls up a client's whole history in the parking lot before a meeting. Workflow automation on the Growth plan moved deals along without meetings about it. Our pipeline finally reflects reality.

Great at the basics, and the basics are most of what we need. Most. Reporting is basic, win rate and pipeline value, do not expect analytics. Email templates keep our follow ups consistent without sounding canned.

Set up in an afternoon, adopted in a week

Follow up tasks pop up exactly when they should and deals stopped going quiet. The Xero integration shows invoices against the customer record. It does the ninety percent that matters and skips the noise.
