Our Pietermaritzburg office gave up on it

A sync bug ate a week of activity records and support shrugged. The dialler dropped calls on our fibre and diagnostics went nowhere.

Still glad we chose it, 2 years later

WhatsApp conversations land on the contact record, which for SA customers is everything. Workflows automate the assignment and the SLA nudges. Recommended for any SA team that lives on WhatsApp and calls.
