Mixed feelings after 5 years

Very good value with the seams occasionally showing. Some screens load slower than a sales call allows. Dollar pricing moves with the rand like everything else.

Every escalation restarted the conversation from zero. The dialler dropped calls on our fibre and diagnostics went nowhere.

The depth we needed was one menu deep and missing. Our ticket bounced between three agents and two weeks. Duplicate contacts multiplied after an integration misfired.
