Good decision for a 5 person company

For the Growth price we got features our old CRM sold as three add ons. Reports cover pipeline, activity and conversion without an analyst. The value argument ends most comparisons quickly.

WhatsApp conversations land on the contact record, which for SA customers is everything. The pipeline view is clean and the drag between stages feels right. Imports handled our duplicate ridden spreadsheet with grace.

Every escalation restarted the conversation from zero. Duplicate contacts multiplied after an integration misfired. The dialler dropped calls on our fibre and diagnostics went nowhere.
