Doing the job for us in Ballito

Everything my invoicing clerk captures I can review from home the same evening. VAT at 15% flows through everything and the return figures reconcile first time. The books finally feel like a system instead of a scramble.

Good but not perfect for our Polokwane team

After 3 years we know its strengths and work around its gaps. The bank feed needed reconnecting three times this year, always at busy moments.

Good but not perfect for our Klerksdorp team

A good plan with a couple of gaps that keep it honest. No stock at this level, so our small product line lives in a spreadsheet next to it. Invoices in foreign currencies show the client their currency and show us rand.

Serving our Boksburg operation well

The accountant logs in monthly, reviews, adjusts and leaves, no file swapping ever. Three users each have their own login and the audit trail shows who did what. Would choose it again without hesitation.

Solid choice for our Potchefstroom business

Supplier invoices used to live in an email folder called Pay These. Now they live in the system with due dates. The AI cleanup flags weird transactions before they become reconciliation archaeology. The Capitec feed has behaved itself for us, next morning delivery like clockwork.

Happy customer in Cape Town

Our Pietermaritzburg studio has run on it for 2 years and the admin has never been tighter. The multiple currency support tracks exchange gains and losses properly, which our old system never did. The AI cleanup flags weird transactions before they become reconciliation archaeology.

Exactly what our 9 person business needed

Everything my invoicing clerk captures I can review from home the same evening. Support solved our multi currency setup question in one chat session, credit where due. Our creditors book has never been this clean.

Our Roodepoort office gave up on it

It works, but the irritations accumulated until we stopped defending it. Chat support contradicted the help article and neither matched the actual screen. Part payments against dollar invoices created rounding differences our accountant had to journal away.

Our accountant in Sandton recommended it, good call

We bill in rand and dollars and the gains and losses report keeps our accountant happy at year end. Time entries land against customers so nothing billable slips through anymore. Our creditors book has never been this clean.

Not what we hoped for our Cape Town business

It works, but the irritations accumulated until we stopped defending it. The feed dropped in March and reconnecting duplicated a fortnight of transactions.
