Serving our Gqeberha operation well

The bank feed from Capitec pulls everything in overnight and the AI guesses the category right most of the time. Invoices look genuinely professional and clients can pay straight from the email. The AI categorisation learns my patterns, by month three it was getting nearly everything right. Perfect entry point into real accounting software.

Happy overall, but the ceilings are closer than the brochure suggests. The chart of accounts cap at 250 sounds like plenty until your accountant starts restructuring.

Solid choice for our Paarl business

My side business became a real business the month I put it on proper software. Being able to raise an invoice on my phone in the client's parking lot is the feature I did not know I needed. Price increases have been modest and communicated well in advance. Simple, quick and exactly enough. Recommended.

Decent fit for a 7 person company

The core is lovely, the limits are firm. Reports at this level are thin, anything analytical means exporting. My Absa feed has been steady, transactions appear the next morning without fail.

Signed up on the trial in January and paid for it before the trial even ended. It reminds customers about overdue invoices for me, which spared me the awkward calls. If you outgrow it, the upgrade path is right there.

It looked perfect at signup and got progressively more frustrating. Chat support kept escalating and nobody ever came back to me.

After the promo ended the value equation stopped working for me. The single user restriction is enforced hard, there is no sharing a login without chaos.
