No complaints after 8 years

It was the accountant access that sold me, she works in the same file I do. Month end used to take three days and now the file is closed by lunch on the first. It just quietly does its job, which is all I ask of software.

Bank feeds from the major SA banks are quick to set up; rand pricing with a proper local support line

Decent fit for a 4 person company

Decent system that occasionally tests my patience. I photograph slips with the phone app and the capture is surprisingly accurate.

Mostly happy in Centurion, a few gripes

Happy enough to renew, not happy enough to rave. Support is friendly when you reach them but the queue can be long at month end.

Fair monthly cost for what you get; support agents understand SARS questions

Great fit for a small Polokwane business

For a business our size it works, but I can see us outgrowing it. Customer statements could look more professional without paying a designer. It handles our small stock list fine and warns us when items run low.

My bookkeeper in Upington recommended it and she was right

There is a lot to like here and a few things that need honest work. Report customisation is limited, you get their layouts and that is that. Yoco payments reconcile against invoices without me lifting a finger.

Good decision for a 28 person company

Bookkeeping used to eat my Sundays and now it takes an hour with coffee. The audit trail saved us in a SARS verification, every figure traced back cleanly. For the price I honestly cannot fault it.

Happy customer in Pretoria

For a small trades business in Ballito this hits exactly the right level. Debtors reports show me exactly who owes what before I make the awkward phone calls. Five stars from me and from my accountant.

Great fit for a small Centurion business

For a small trades business in Somerset West this hits exactly the right level. Recurring invoices run themselves on the first of the month, I do not touch them. Reports are simple but they answer the question I actually have, which is where the money went. Every plumber, sparky and consultant I know gets the same advice from me now.

Working well for our 9 person team

I run three small companies and manage all of them from one login. I especially rate the supplier side, capturing bills takes seconds. The bank feed from Standard Bank has been rock solid, maybe two hiccups in 7 years. Would recommend it to any small business in South Africa without hesitation.

Bank feed kept dropping for weeks

We moved our books elsewhere in October and the difference is night and day. Every price letter says the same thing about added value I am not seeing.

Happy customer in Cape Town

I capture supplier invoices the day they arrive and cash flow finally makes sense. Yoco payments reconcile against invoices without me lifting a finger. It does what the brochure says, which is rarer than it should be.

Good but not perfect for our Springs team

Mostly a good experience over the past 2 years, with some frustrations. Report customisation is limited, you get their layouts and that is that. Quotes convert to invoices with one click and clients can pay straight from the invoice.

Doing the job for us in Richards Bay

Our practice put all our small clients on it and the feedback has been consistently good. Reports are simple but they answer the question I actually have, which is where the money went. Statements go out to all customers in one run at month end. It does what the brochure says, which is rarer than it should be.

Came from Xero for the local support and it has been a fair trade. Support is friendly when you reach them but the queue can be long at month end. I especially rate the supplier side, capturing bills takes seconds.

Been on it 5 years and no plans to move

Our practice put all our small clients on it and the feedback has been consistently good. The dashboard tells me the bank balance, who owes me and what I owe, all on one screen.

Does everything my 220 person business needs

For a business our size it works, but I can see us outgrowing it. The stock module covers the basics but anything detailed means exporting to Excel. Adding my admin lady as a second user cost R75 a month, which felt fair.
