It does most things well and a few things averagely. Report customisation is limited, you get their layouts and that is that. Everything syncs to the cloud so load shedding at the office just means I work from home.

For a small trades business in Johannesburg this hits exactly the right level. Reports are simple but they answer the question I actually have, which is where the money went. My bookkeeper logs in from her side so there is no more emailing backups around.

Happy enough to renew, not happy enough to rave. The stock module covers the basics but anything detailed means exporting to Excel.

Took me a weekend to set up and I was invoicing by the Monday. Recurring invoices run themselves on the first of the month, I do not touch them. Solid product, solid support, fair rand pricing.

Mostly a good experience over the past 4 years, with some frustrations. Customer statements could look more professional without paying a designer. Quotes convert to invoices with one click and clients can pay straight from the invoice.

Solid for invoicing and VAT, less convincing once stock gets involved. Support is friendly when you reach them but the queue can be long at month end.

For a small trades business in Klerksdorp this hits exactly the right level. Debtors reports show me exactly who owes what before I make the awkward phone calls. It has genuinely given me my evenings back.

Came from Xero for the local support and it has been a fair trade. Some screens take a few seconds too long to load on slow connections. Month end used to take three days and now the file is closed by lunch on the first.

The bank feed issue was the last straw for me. Reports would not give me the one breakdown SARS asked for and I rebuilt it by hand. Every price letter says the same thing about added value I am not seeing.
