Good simple product, just know its limits before committing. You cannot customise the payslip layout much at all. New tax year opened by itself, correct tables, zero downloads.

The pay run is a guided checklist, I literally cannot forget a step. The ACB file loads into Standard Bank business banking and the whole run pays in one batch.

It handles the common cases beautifully and the uncommon ones not at all. Support is friendly but tickets beyond the basics take a few days. Adding a new employee is a ten minute form and they are in the next run.

The demo company convinced me before I loaded a single real employee. Every plan includes unlimited companies and users, which is unheard of at this price. Payroll went from monthly dread to a fifteen minute task.

We like it, though we keep a spreadsheet next to it for the odd calculations. The browser session times out faster than I would like mid capture. Loading our history from the old system went better than expected.

It suits our small setup, though I can see the ceiling from here. You cannot customise the payslip layout much at all. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles run side by side cleanly.

Pay day and the site was down, that is the one day it can never happen. Recapturing leave balances after the migration took my admin two full days. We needed a costing report the system simply cannot produce.
