Pay day and the site was down, that is the one day it can never happen. Every feature request lands on a roadmap nobody can give dates for. For our headcount the tier pricing stopped being cheap quite quickly.

Payslips hit staff email the moment I finalise, the WhatsApp questions stopped. The EMP201 figures are on screen when I need them for eFiling. I recommend it to every small employer who asks me.

We are 7 people and the monthly cost is less than a round of coffees. The EMP201 figures are on screen when I need them for eFiling. The audit trail shows who changed what, useful with two admins.

Mostly a pleasure, occasionally a shrug. There is no proper costing split if staff work across departments. The browser session times out faster than I would like mid capture.

Easy to run, harder to get deep information out of. You cannot customise the payslip layout much at all.

Coming from desktop payroll, some things are better and a few are missing. The employee self service is more basic than the marketing suggests. Complex pay structures with multiple rate tables just do not fit.
